Our Junior Lawyers

Mgr. Anna Zelenková
She studied Law at Charles University in Prague and the University of Rijeka, Croatia.
During her studies, she worked in a number of Prague law firms where she focused mainly on civil law, commercial and real estate law.
After graduating from law school, she gained experience in a law firm focusing on immigration law and at a district court.
Anna specializes on immigration law and citizenship issues. She also advises our clients on commercial matters, civil matters including family law, and labor law.
She provides services in Czech and English.

Mgr. Enes Zaimović
Enes graduated from Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Law in 2021.
He also graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University, majoring in Political Science and International Relations in 2019.
He is continuing his studies at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague as a Ph.D. student at the Department of International Law, focusing on international refugee law. Enes takes part in teaching activities of the Department and participates in foreign domestic refugee law conferences.
In the autumn of 2022, he completed a study stay as a visiting researcher at the Department of European Public Law at the University of Zagreb.
After graduating from law school, Enes gained experience in a law firm focusing mainly on immigration and criminal law.
Currently, Enes focuses his practice on immigration law, proceedings under the Nationality Act, and commercial and civil law.

Sára Barčáková
Sára Barčáková studies Law at Charles University.
She focuses on immigration law, European law and public international law.
Sára completed an exchange programme on migration and asylum law at Maastricht University. She attended courses at Heidelberg University, the University of Amsterdam and the University of the Aegean. Furthermore, she works as a research assistant at the Faculty of Law, Charles University. She previously worked as an intern for both governmental and non-governmental sectors and a public research institution.
She speaks Czech, Slovak, English and German.


Sára Barčáková
Sára Barčáková studies Law at Charles University.
She focuses on immigration law, European law and public international law.
Sára completed an exchange programme on migration and asylum law at Maastricht University. She attended courses at Heidelberg University, the University of Amsterdam and the University of the Aegean. Furthermore, she works as a research assistant at the Faculty of Law, Charles University. She previously worked as an intern for both governmental and non-governmental sectors and a public research institution.
She speaks Czech, Slovak, English and German.

Michael Malíř
Michael is a Law student at Charles University.
He specializes in immigration law, European law and commercial law.
Michael has attended courses at the University of Passau, European University Viadrina, Humboldt University of Berlin and Lund University and gained experience at the District Court.
He speaks Czech, English, Russian and German.
